What we do

Five steps, in this order, every time.

Nothing exotic. It's the fundamentals done properly and then kept up, which is the part most sites never get to.

01

Audit

I go through your site, your Google Business Profile and the competitors already ranking in your towns, and write up what's actually holding you back — specific pages, specific fixes, in plain language. You get this before you pay me anything.

02

Technical foundation

The unglamorous layer that decides whether anything else works.

  • Page titles and meta descriptions written per page, not templated
  • LocalBusiness and Service schema so search engines can read what you do and where
  • Google Business Profile: categories, services, service area, photos, hours
  • Site structure, internal links, mobile speed, indexing errors
03

Service and location pages

One page per job you want to be called about, and one page per town you want to be called from. Real detail: what the work involves, what it typically costs in that area, what you did nearby. This is where the rankings actually come from.

04

Monthly content

Articles answering the questions homeowners type before they call — cost, timeline, permits, materials, repair versus replace. Written for your area and your trade, not spun from a generic outline.

05

Reporting

One monthly report: what ranks where, how many people found you in search, how many called or filled the form, and what I'm doing next month. If something isn't working, it says so.

What you get

This is what a service + location page looks like.

Not a blog post. A page built to be found for one job in one town, and to get a call once it's found.

Permits & timeline in Beaver County

1One job, one town, in the URL and the headline. That exact phrase is what people type.
2Local specifics you can only write if you work there — county permitting, typical pricing, nearby jobs. This is what a template can't fake.
3The questions asked before calling, answered on the page: cost, timeline, what's included.
4Schema markup underneath tying the service, the area and your business together so search engines read it correctly.
5One clear way to call or request an estimate, near the top and again at the bottom.

Timing

What's realistic, so you're not surprised.

Technical fixes and Google Business Profile work can move things in weeks. New service and location pages usually take a couple of months to settle into rankings, and content compounds after that. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either lucky or lying.

The audit is the first step of the process, and it costs nothing. If the fixes turn out to be simple, I'll tell you so and you can do them yourself.
